Q. How can I pay?

A. You can pre pay (when you book) by PayPal or bank transfer or, if you prefer, you can pay the driver in cash on the day of departure.

Q. When will I receive my sales receipt?

A. Your sales receipt will automatically be sent to you on the evening of the transfer.

Q. How do I find my driver from an airport, port or station?

A. The pick up instructions will be contained in the 'Journey Details' email.

Q. What is a 'Meet and Greet' service?

A. 'Meet and Greet' service is where the driver will park his vehicle and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place i.e the arrivals hall.

Q. Will I incur any extra charges if my flight is delayed?

A. No, we will track your flight's progress when it is in the air.

Q. Is Your Company licensed and fully insured?

A. We are fully licensed and all our vehicles are insured.

Q. What happens if I haven't received my confirmation?

A. Please call 01924 763 713 or 07999 58 60 68 and we will assist you.

Q. Will you meet us anytime of day or night?

A. Yes, we provide a 24hr service.

Q. Can I smoke in the car?

A. Acacia Prestige Transfers operates a strict non smoking policy in all our vehicles.
